Job Description *
* You will be the Subcontract Management Stf for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, work statements, and terms, preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, evaluating proposals, negotiating provisions, and administering subcontracts throughout the lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high‑risk COTS and custom subcontracts.

+ Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.

+ Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.

+ Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and issue awards.

+ Administer subcontracts and manage change activity to support global sustainment.

** Basic Qualifications*
* Education:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience and combined education.

Security Clearance:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Regulatory Knowledge:
Working knowledge of acquisition policies, procedures, and standard contract types, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).

Experience:

Generally requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience in subcontracts program management, supply chain management, procurement, project engineering, or project management within the defense or aerospace industry.

* Technical

Skills:

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP or LM S/4

Hana.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation), problem-solving, organizational skills, and solid business acumen for data-driven decision-making.

* Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
