The OpportunityThis is a highly visible, cross‑functional leadership role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into execution. You’ll partner with executive leaders and teams across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and our operating companies to identify opportunities, simplify how work gets done, strengthen operational performance, and build scalable capabilities that support continued growth.
You won’t simply recommend change—you’ll help lead it. From operating models and process improvement to technology enablement, performance management, and organizational transformation, you’ll bring structure to complex challenges and help teams turn ideas into measurable business results.
What You’ll Do- Develop and lead business operations and transformation strategies aligned with TriplePoint’s growth priorities.
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to identify opportunities, establish priorities, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Evaluate operating models, workflows, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Build and advance operational excellence frameworks, standards, and best practices across multiple businesses.
- Lead complex transformation initiatives involving process redesign, technology, automation, organizational change, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to create consistency across the portfolio while recognizing the unique operational needs of individual businesses.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to evaluate and implement technology that improves workflows, productivity, data visibility, and decision‑making.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and accountability for major transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks that give leaders meaningful visibility into business performance.
- Use operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, evaluate opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Lead change management efforts that drive adoption and ensure new processes, systems, and operating practices stick.
- Build organizational capability through coaching, training, tools, and resources that strengthen operational discipline and continuous improvement.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with clear scope, ownership, resources, risk management, and executive visibility.
- Facilitate leadership discussions that align stakeholders, remove barriers, and accelerate decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across operating companies and functions, creating an environment of collaboration and shared best practices.
- Communicate transformation progress, business results, risks, and opportunities clearly to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
