McMahon Contracting is hiring an experienced Construction Equipment Operator to join our field team!
We're looking for dependable operators who can safely run heavy equipment — excavators, backhoes, loaders, and skid steers — across our jobsites. You'll handle excavation, grading, trenching, and material-moving work while keeping safety and quality front and center.
What we're looking for:Previous heavy equipment experience is required, with experience on multiple machine types a plus. Familiarity with grade stakes and site plans, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work well with a crew all matter here. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
