KA Wolfe is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman who knows how to lead crews, maintain quality, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

• Lead and supervise masonry crews on multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate daily production activities and jobsite priorities
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Manage manpower, materials, and production schedules
• Identify and solve field challenges before they impact the project
• Maintain a professional, productive, and respectful jobsite

• Experience leading construction crews as a Foreman or Lead Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and multifamily construction preferred
• Ability to manage production, schedules, and manpower effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety
• Ability to read plans and coordinate with multiple trades
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
