Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a design producer, design leadership, or design program manager
Proven track record of supporting multidisciplinary creative teams
Experience managing complex projects while keeping teams focused
Strong passion for design craft, inclusivity, and accessibility
A portfolio showcasing exceptional creative output and team support
