The Brand Ambassador represents the Maison in a multichannel contact center, advising clients by phone, email, chat, and social media. The role combines expert product guidance, exceptional client service, and sales development.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions and respond to inquiries across phone and digital channels.
- Process merchandise orders and maintain accurate client records.
- Build lasting client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales, KPI, and service targets.
- Stay informed about products, launches, and processes, and partner with boutiques to support client needs.
- At least 3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or retail environment.
- Strong communication, selling, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort learning multiple technology systems;
Microsoft Office proficiency required. - Luxury retail, eCommerce, jewelry, or Salesforce/CRM experience is preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
