Base pay range$60.00/hr – $60.00/hr (equivalent to $120,000/year at 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year).
- On‑site position available in Chantilly (Virginia), Lake Forest (California), San Francisco (California), Miami (Florida), or New York City (New York).

You will design adaptive workshops, examine live student performance data, and work alongside engineers to create literacy tools that extend your influence to hundreds of learners.
This position merges direct student interaction with forward‑thinking program design, allowing you to shape individual reading journeys while constructing a system that scales foundational literacy across multiple school sites.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Create personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading.
- Review student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and extract actionable insights.
- Work with the engineering team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools.
- Bachelor’s degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within those tools.
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:
Chantilly (Virginia), Lake Forest (California), San Francisco (California), Miami (Florida), or New York City (New York).
