Our team is at the forefront of Airborne RADAR management, and you will play a key role in developing advanced signal processing algorithms and creating high-fidelity simulation environments. As the RADAR Signal Processing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Airborne RADAR systems
• Developing and optimizing signal processing algorithms to enhance RADAR performance
• Creating and maintaining high-fidelity simulation environments for performance evaluation and software validation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A final secret clearance is required to start.
RFSPC
Basic Qualifications:
Post secondary STEM degree plus 3 or more years of professional relevant experience.
* Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance is Required (US Citizenship Required). Signal Processing expertise. Familiarity with RADAR signal processing concepts, such as Detection, Estimation, and Tracking.
Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems. Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level). Intermediate C++ proficiency.
Experience with Simulation Frameworks. Software development experience. Familiarity with Gitlab and Git. Agile Framework experience.
Desired
Skills:
JIRA experience.
Experience with advanced RADAR signal processing techniques. Knowledge of and experience with missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
