GNC Modeling & Simulation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer with a strong background in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) for advanced technical solutions. This role is critical to designing, developing, and validating complex models and simulations that support cutting-edge defense systems.

• Design and document modeling and simulation requirements and architecture
  .
• Develop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations, including:
  • Missile 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) simulations
  • Effects-based simulations
• Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments.
• Verify system and subsystem-level requirements.
• Conduct critical studies, analyses, and test activities.
• Support ground and flight test efforts, including Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) activities.

• Active Secret Clearance (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience modeling weapon and sensor systems.
• 5+ years collaborating with subsystem and software engineers to integrate MATLAB models, C++ models, and tactical software into simulations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C++ and MATLAB
  .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with complex simulation environments and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with HWIL testing and integration processes.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role
