Financial Analyst​/Lvl​/EVM​/Grand Prairie TX

Description:

You will be a Financial Analyst at our Texas location, supporting contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, and proposal preparation. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions.

• Establish and manage program cost baselines
• Conduct Earned Value analysis and variance analysis
• Prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on proposal actions and compliance checks
• Support proposal preparation and cost control

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Finance background/experience
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and hold U.S. citizenship
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Familiarity with LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP)
• Multi-functional Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
• Experience with cost tools such as SAP and Cobra
• Experience supporting Engineering & Technology from a business aspect
• Defense industry experience
• Proposal analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Process oriented and structured problem solver
• Advanced Excel/database/reporting experience (Power BI, Power Query)

This position requires a U.S. citizenship and a secret clearance.

Work schedule:

4x10 hours per day, 3 days off per week. Part-time remote telework and onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility.
