You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Financial Management Team
. Our team is responsible for delivering precise, actionable financial insight that enables the CFCS Program to make informed business decisions.
As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for integrating financial information from multiple systems, producing accurate reports, and driving sound business decisions for the CFCS Program.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial data to Program Management and Financial Management staff.
- Develop financial baselines, forecasts, and cash outlooks; conduct variance and earned‑value analysis.
- Drive the Monthly Business Rhythm and compile Contract Data Requirements List reports.
- Produce Contract Status Reports (CSR) and Long‑Range Plans (LRP) for stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Control Account Managers, and FP&A—to identify risks and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Finance or a related discipline
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting
- Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR)
- Working knowledge of Cobra and Oracle

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
