Job Description *

F&BO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to support the Product Center team and drive financial performance for this strategic initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, earned‑value management, estimating, and program finance.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform financial analysis and establish performance‑management, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce‑planning drivers, risk and opportunity assessments, and development of mitigation plans.

+ Integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions to consolidate data into actionable business‑solution recommendations.

+ Consolidate financial results and produce monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reports for internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned‑value management reporting.

+ Consolidate financials across business areas to provide a comprehensive view of performance.

+ Develop and manage budgets for multiple programs within the Product Center and track all programmatic funding requirements.

+ Provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT leads, and senior leadership.

+ Manage and track Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation of tailored program performance in accordance with CPS‑026 for Common Scope.

+ Assist with the management of a first‑adaptor DFARs EV requirement (IPT to program).

+ Develop and manage business cases for new initiatives.

+ Provide funding‑forecast guidance and variance analysis, and lead the monthly submittal of EPRS.

+ Support proposal development and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) as needed.

+ Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

+ Coordinate monthly diagnostics and prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly and monthly basis.
