Job Description *
* You will be the Proposal Analyst for the Proposal Management Team. Our team is responsible for developing, planning, and managing proposals in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Proposal Analyst you will lead the estimating effort, shape bid strategies, and ensure proposals meet all technical, cost, and schedule requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Develop and execute comprehensive bid/price strategies, including cost models, cash‑flow analysis, NPV and IRR assessments.

+ Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and performance data from functional departments and compile them into complete proposals.

+ Lead the estimating process, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and RFP specifications.

+ Participate in should‑cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives, and support contract negotiations.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency within pricing and estimating functions.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management or related discipline is desired.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

+ Experience in Materials Cost Estimating proposal process and procedures.

** Desired Skills*
* + Experience in iPE T5 Materials,Cost Estimating(MCE) system.

+

Experience with Request for Proposals (RFP), FAR, DOD environment or material estimating.

+ Familiar with the production process, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Fiore (S4), and BOEPro.

+ Ability to function with a variety of inputs. Ability to analyze an MCE BOM for estimating purposes.

+ Ability to read MESOW's to determine direct material proposal requirement. & determination of accuracy of functional estimates.

+ Participates in should-cost & pricing reviews with mngmt & customer reps.

+ Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team & interacts with DCAA /other audit agencies.

+ Initiates process improvements to enhance productivity & efficiency within pricing & estimating functions.

+ May provide dayto-day direction & guidance to less senior Proposal Analysts.

+ Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are being thoroughly & consistently implemented.

+ Possesses comprehensive written & oral communications skills to support proposal development activities, executive proposal reviews, fact-finding & negotiations, & interaction with DCAA/other audit agencies.
