Patient Care Technician

Job Summary

Patient Care Technician at Innovative Renal Care – Provide compassionate, high‑quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, perform cannulation, observe and document vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording statistics.
• Initiate cannulation and perform patient observations.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and work to improve their quality of life.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or other state‑approved certification if applicable).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• $20 - $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
