Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with kids. Our front office positions allow for flexible schedules as well as education and training opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass criminal background check
• Enjoys working with children
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
• USCIS E-Verify participation

• Salary: $14 - $16 depending on experience
• Time-and-a-half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours
• Overtime pay available

• Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients
• Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
• Greet patients/customers
• Verify insurance benefits
• Input data into EMR
• Collect co-payments/deductibles/balances
• Answer and manage phones
• Conduct end-of-day balancing

• 12, 10, and 8 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends

  Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 8:30 pm;
  Sat‑Sun 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
