Room Attendant

Join our team at Residence Inn Dallas Grand Prairie as a Housekeeper and help us maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless and orderly, providing exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Follow health and safety standards and hotel policies at all times.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
