We're seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to provide HR support for associates and business partners in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on HR experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract.

• Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone and email, resolving within defined timelines.
• Research and resolve moderately complex HR, payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
• Partner with HR subject matter experts to address escalated issues.
• Educate associates on HR tools and processes, including HRIS, timekeeping, and learning systems.
• Support HR processes such as compensation, talent management, and compliance reporting.
• Perform data entry and audits in HR systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR or HR support experience (customer service experience required).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

• $21 / hour, paid weekly
• 9‑month contract with potential to extend
• Hybrid schedule in Grand Prairie, TX
