Description
The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring supply chain efficiency, coordinating with various departments, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining excellent customer service. Key tasks include forecasting demand, managing supply plans, analyzing customer needs, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

1-3 years in logistics or warehouse fulfillment; AOG and Hazmat certifications are a plus.
Knowledge:
Transportation principles, customer service, safety, mathematics, and English language skills.
Skills:
Active listening, communication, critical thinking, negotiation, time management, problem-solving, social perceptiveness, coordination, judgment, and reading comprehension.
Abilities:
Oral and written comprehension and expression, speech clarity, near vision, problem sensitivity, recognition, reasoning, and deduction.
Tools and Technology:
Familiarity with computers, ERP, WMS, CRM, logistics software, and office applications.
