The Dynamics
365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics
365 platform, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using Power

BI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
*** CRM Administration & Customization (50%)
*** Configure and maintain Dynamics
365 modules:
Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
* Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
* Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
* Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
** Integration & Reporting (30%)
*** Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
* Support data integration between Dynamics
365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
* Assist BI team in developing Power

BI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.
** Collaboration & Support (20%)
*** Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.
* Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group.
* Provide training and documentation for end-users.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
* Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
** Specialized Skills and Experience**:
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
365 or  CRM.
* Proficiency in the following CRM modules:
Sales, Service, and Marketing.
* Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
* Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues.
* Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
* Experience with Power

BI and Dynamics
365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
* Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
