America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding company at our Dallas, TX office. As a Field Supervisor you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations. To be successful in this position you'll need to have strong customer service and leadership skills, as well as 2+ years in a similar role.

• Facilitate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to personnel, supply, delivery, and weather.
• Delegate projects and individual responsibilities to crew members and contractors.
• Act as a manager to employees and contractors, while also providing mentorship and training.
• Assist in the recruitment of various positions in the production department.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules and deadlines, laws, regulations, best practices on the job, and safety needs.
• Generate and manage project budgets and quality standards for all work sites.
• Coordinate orders and delivery schedules of all equipment needed for the project.
• Communicate with subcontractors their overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site and holding them accountable.

• 2 or more years of experience as a field supervisor or similar role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in-person during office hours:
  Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 5:00 pm; 2520 N Great Pkwy Suite 100, Grand Prairie, TX.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Understanding of residential construction.
• Replacement and maintenance of replacement windows installation.
• Able to lead and manage crews.
• Computer skills will be necessary.
• Bilingual is a plus.
