Job Description *
* You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end subcontract execution across commercial, DOD and international programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

+ Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.

+ Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.

+ Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.

+ Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activity throughout the contract lifecycle.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

+ Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point

+ Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

+ Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

** Desired Skills*
* + Experience managing complex subcontracts

+ Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions

+ Working knowledge of standard contract types

Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry

Experience with LM S/4
