Payrate: $22.52 Hourly

Evening Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM

As a Production Operator
, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need it.

• Setup, operate, and maintain manufacturing production equipment (machining, processing, assembly, or packaging).
• Prepare equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Aid junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment when needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between warehouse and work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
