WhatYou Will Do
- Prepare a variety of surface prep and repair operations on aero‑engine turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks.
- Assist in the development of other team members.
- Perform any aspect of this role in the assigned area to improve personal development.
- Perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility.
- Perform the job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships.
- Complete tasks at the highest level of safety awareness.
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 months of aerospace experience.
- 3 months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3 months of experience with SAP.

Pratt & Whitney Grand Prairie, TX, is a FAA‑regulated facility and, as such, under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
