• Prepare a variety of surface prep and repair operations on aero‑engine turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks.
• Assist in the development of other team members.
• Perform any aspect of this role in the assigned area to improve personal development.
• Perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility.
• Perform the job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies.

• Complete tasks at the highest level of safety awareness.

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 months of aerospace experience.
• 3 months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3 months of experience with SAP.
