You will be the Manufacturing Painter A for the Paint and Coating Team. Our team is responsible for planning, developing, setting up, and performing a variety of paint and coating operations that support high-performance aerospace hardware. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Painter A you will be responsible for operating and configuring paint and coating equipment, ensuring every job meets precise specifications and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Operate and set up all associated paint and coating equipment, including conveyors and automated painting systems.
* Lay out patterns, perform doping, sealant, mixing, and stripping operations to comply with specifications.
* Maintain equipment, required records, logs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for hazardous materials.
* Provide assistance and on-the-job training to teammates as needed.
* Escalate technical information to the leadman or supervisor when required. Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent. One (1) to three (3) years experience.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
