You will be the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for driving hardware logistics that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of missile components across multiple Lockheed Martin facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator you will be responsible for orchestrating hardware flow from work unit to work unit, removing roadblocks, and ensuring on-time delivery to support the PrSM production ramp.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate hardware requirements across multiple sites and resolve supply-chain impediments.
* Lead hardware-need discussions, set priorities, and track progress with site teams.
* Maintain accurate manufacturing data to improve performance predictability.
* Drive safe and efficient completion of hardware tasks for the PrSM program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• A broad base of knowledge regarding mechanical production, machining, and assembly operations with general manufacturing processes

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or program management field, or equivalent years of professional experience

• CAM or similar experience
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment

• Cross functional communication and the ability to gain willing buy in from functions that do not report thru you

• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence

• Mut have the ability to obtain a secret clearance, a clearance will eventually be required in this role

• A willingness to dig in, listen, understand and most importantly the will to ACT with intelligent motives

• A broad base of knowledge of setting up new production line / facility and processes

• Highly detail oriented
• Related professional level career experience in production operations.

• Experience in program execution with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and ramp to rate efforts.

• Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM) Certification or cost analysis experience

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization including to non-technical personnel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of the SAP MRP production control system
• Ability to travel domestic and/or international

• Experience managing, contributing to, and executing proposals and/or affordability initiatives

• Experience with development programs

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
