We are seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead and oversee operations within our Stainless-Steel Department. This role will supervise a small team of production associates, ensuring that daily priorities are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. The position requires strong supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to guide, train, and support team members while maintaining workflow and productivity.

• Supervise second shift production team in stainless steel.
• Lead daily production meetings and communicate shift priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Assign and monitor workloads, adjusting resources as needed.
• Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
• Partner with HR on staffing, performance management, and training.
• Track production performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Mentor, coach, and develop employees, identifying leadership potential.
• Enforce attendance and punctuality standards, addressing issues promptly.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Required to stand, walk and sit; speak or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Able to wear required PPE such as eye protection and protective clothing.
