As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead fan engagement and drive ticket sales growth for Major League Cricket and its affiliated properties. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping MLC’s brand, deepening fan relationships, and developing marketing strategies that bring cricket to life across digital, experiential, and community platforms. This position is ideal for a results-driven candidate who thrives at the intersection of sports, marketing, and sales — combining creativity and analytics to fill seats, build loyalty, and amplify MLC’s footprint across the U.S. sports landscape.

You’ll join a visionary marketing team, shape the brand strategy of a rising sport, and help drive fan growth in one of the most dynamic sports markets in the world.
- Marketing Strategy & Fan Engagement
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to grow awareness, engagement, and attendance for Major League Cricket, Minor League Cricket, and other ACE properties.
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and experiential channels that inspire fandom and drive ticket sales.
- Oversee the launch and management of new ACE digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, engaging fan experience across web, app, and CRM.
- Manage and segment the fan database to deliver personalized, data-driven communications that increase engagement and retention.
- Develop storytelling and campaign strategies that highlight the excitement of cricket, league milestones, and player narratives.
- Identify and execute local and national community engagement opportunities to grow the sport’s grassroots presence.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of paid marketing campaigns across social, search, and digital media.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize spend, and report on KPIs related to ticket sales and fan engagement.
- Monitor fan insights, behaviors, and trends to inform data-driven marketing decisions and content strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Social Media team to align content, messaging, and engagement campaigns.
- Partner with the Design team to maintain brand consistency and creative excellence across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Ticketing team to build campaigns that drive conversions and matchday attendance.
- Support the Commercial team in delivering partnership activations and brand integrations.
