Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing strategies across all Pollo Regio restaurant locations to increase brand awareness, drive restaurant traffic, grow online sales, and strengthen customer loyalty. Develops and manages the annual marketing calendar, campaign plans, and marketing budget to support company objectives and sales growth. Leads the planning and execution of promotions, new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, loyalty offers, and new restaurant openings.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, website, mobile app, email, push notifications, in-store materials, and third-party delivery platforms. Leads, trains, and develops the marketing team while coordinating creative projects, outside agencies, vendors, and other business partners. Manages customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and repeat visits. Works closely with Operations and restaurant management to ensure marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches are communicated clearly and executed consistently across all locations.

Oversee the development of marketing materials, including campaign messaging, graphics, photography, video, menus, signage, and digital advertising. Manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Business Center, and Google Ads. Monitors marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Supports online ordering and delivery sales through platforms such as Olo, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and other relevant channels. Tracks marketing expenditures, analyzes campaign results, prepares performance reports, and recommends strategies to improve return on marketing investment. Coordinates local store marketing, community events, sponsor ships, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence in local markets. Ensures marketing activities align with brand standards, company objectives, and operational capabilities while remaining responsive to changing business needs.

Reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborates with company leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), hospitality, or multi-location retail industry. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, restaurant traffic, and sales growth.

Experience leading projects and coordinating marketing teams, creative professionals, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, CRM, loyalty programs, and campaign performance reporting. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Business Center, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and related digital marketing tools.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva for marketing materials and creative development. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, deadlines, and budgets in a fast-paced business environment. Demonstrates initiative, accountability, creativity, and a results-driven approach to marketing and business growth. Able to work collaboratively with Operations, restaurant teams, and company leadership to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Willingness to travel to restaurant locations and attend occasional marketing events as needed. Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
