This facility is seeking an Occupational or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for     locum tenens support as they look to fill a     current need.

Schedule:

Monday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Patients per day: 15-20

State Licensure:
Must have Texas state medical license, Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
