• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to members promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the bar and dining menus, including drink specials and featured pairings, to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Operate the Clover POS system for order processing and payment handling with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all TABC, health, and food safety regulations.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate multiple members and guests during high-volume hours.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while following established cash handling protocols.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including restocking supplies, washing glassware, and sanitizing work areas.
• Engage with members in a professional, polished, and personable manner, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with barbacks, servers, and management to support smooth service execution.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a luxury, fine dining, or upscale nightlife environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with members and teammates.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Familiarity with TABC regulations and food safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with Palace Poker’s luxury service standards.
