Job DescriptionAs an Energy Sales Specialist you will represent Reliant by NRG within the Walmart retail setting and at community events. You will build strong customer relationships, identify energy‑saving opportunities, and close sales while meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets. You'll receive paid training, uncapped commissions, and clear paths to career advancement.
Benefits- Earn $1,000–$1,350 per week on average (top earners as high as $2,500 per week) with base pay plus uncapped commission
- Commission‑based pay with a $16.00 hourly guarantee; next‑day pay via Daily Pay

- Help customers lower energy costs in the community
- Identify customer needs and effectively handle objections
- Build strong relationships with customers and teammates

- No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing activities
- Strong experience in retail, event sales, or event marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and setting up events
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
