Security Sales Representative

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: Full-time;
Permanent from day one

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Commission

Employer: Corner Stone Professional Placement (partnered with a leading provider of advanced security technology solutions)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, integrators, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop comprehensive security solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to post‑sale handoff.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the security or related technology industry.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Security Management Software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with brands such as Avigilon, Lenel

    S2, Genetec, Axis, or Honeywell.
  • Knowledge of IP networking and cloud‑based security solutions.
  • Experience selling to end users in the North Texas region.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
