Sales Representative

Summary

America's largest replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a limited number of qualified Sales Representatives to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for demonstrating and selling all Window World products and services, such as the installation and replacement of windows, doors, and siding. Bring your sales experience, customer service, negotiation skills, perseverance, and determination and we'll give you the tools you need to succeed including warm/verified leads assigned daily.

• 2 or more years of experience in sales or related field
• Customer service:
  Polite, respectful, reliable, positive attitude, and excellent communication, etc.
• Ability to come to the Grand Prairie office for weekly meetings on Wednesday
• Schedule Flexibility
• Persistence and Perseverance:
  Ability to overcome objections, stay positive, and successfully function in a high-paced environment
• Analytical problem solver, organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to attend a 2 week training
• Proof of auto insurance
