North Star Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bore Operator professional to join our team in the Central DFW area, supporting active gas utility field operations.

Duties:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 90 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Must be able to operate equipment on the job site.
• Have basic knowledge of how machines work and how to work on them.
• Complete all paperwork for daily truck and equipment inspection.
• Load and unload drill stems.
• Connect and disconnect reamer.
• Locate and mark utilities with paint.
• Hand dig with a shovel.
• Install appropriate traffic control to secure the work site and machine.
• Work under hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions.
• Perform potholing (hand digging with a shovel), enter and exit excavations with or without ladders, and use power/hand tools.
• Pass OQ and safety training courses.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• OQ certification (Gas Distribution)
• Class C driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year experience operating
