🚀 Troubleshoot, repair, and service 25‑ton and larger RTUs from all major brands.

🚀 Work with wiring diagrams, schematics, and control systems like a pro.

🚀 Diagnose and service VFDs, VRF systems, boilers, VAVs, humidifiers, and more.

🚀 Follow strict safety and refrigerant handling protocols—we take safety seriously.

🚀 Communicate professionally with customers and office teams—you’ll be the face of the company.

🚀 Recommend and implement system improvements and energy‑efficient solutions.

🚀 Maintain detailed service records and ensure optimal system performance.

✔ 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience working with large commercial RTUs.

✔ Master at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting complex systems.

✔ Experience working with VFDs, VRF systems, boilers, VAVs, humidifiers, and controls.

✔ A safety‑first mindset with strong refrigerant handling skills.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

✔ EPA 608 Certification (Universal) required—additional certs are a huge plus!

✔ Valid driver’s license—we need techs who are ready to roll.
