• Communicating with customers in the check‑in and check‑out process.
• Performing preventative maintenance inspection of truck‑tractor components.
• Completing work order paperwork to record hours, parts and lube.
• Working independently while supporting other technicians to create efficiencies.
• Performing diagnostic inspections on general truck‑tractor systems using mechanical diagnostics and software diagnostics.
• Repairing complex issues with truck‑trailer, including wiring and component replacements.
• Making road calls for customers unable to visit the service center.

• High School Diploma required.
• Safety conscious and knowledgeable of general shop safety.
• Capable of completing job functions without repeat repairs.
• In‑depth knowledge of NHTSA rules and regulations.
• Additional education or ASE certificates from college or trade schools is preferred.
• 6+ years of truck‑trailer experience.
• DOT and CDL licenses required.

Leveling will be based on experience (DOE). Shifts can vary and can change based on business needs and availability.
