Texas Education Agency requires the services of 1
Developer/Programmer Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), whomeets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3,Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "worksmade for hire" and are the property of the Texas Education Agencyandmay include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law.
Texas Education Agency will pay no fees for interviewsor discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
Job Description /Functions
- Implement and customize Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework applications & Angular front end development.
- Design,develop, and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology stack (includingC# Visual Studio, Sql Server Management Studio).
Strong communication and ownership are critical, including the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify issues, present solutions, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Job Qualifications Angular Development- Required Experience:
5+ years - Proficiency in Angular framework. With 1 year in project that is Angular 18
- Experience in building and maintaining Angular applications.
- Knowledge ofTypeScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
- Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
- Understanding of reactive, responsive and ADA compliant programming concepts.
- Required Experience:
5-7 years - Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.
- Experience in developing and maintaining web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of middleware, routing, and dependency injection in ASP.NET Core.
- Ability tohandle authentication and authorization
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communications and Leadershio skills & Active Team player
- Proactive in discussing and designing the application along with BA and co-developers
