Looking for a solid warehouse job near  ? We're hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk pro who know how to keep shipping and receiving rolling smooth. If you can handle freight, count it right, and work with a crew that's all about hustle, this one's for you.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer schedules
• Verify accuracy of shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and invoices
• Coordinate packing activities and calculate the required truck space
• Load trucks with outgoing orders and ensure proper loading / unloading procedures
• Ensure shipments are labeled and marked according to work orders and customer requirements
• Monitor shipping schedules and communicate with production and warehouse teams
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or nonconformities to management
• Manage product returns and document all related transactions
• Receive, inspect, and log all incoming materials per receiving inspection procedures
• Store incoming products in designated warehouse locations
• Reject or place non-conforming materials in the receiving hold area for proper disposition
• Assign and support month‑end inventory counts; assist with resolving discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse or shipping experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX system) preferred
• Ability to organize shipments and warehouse storage efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail for packing, labeling, and receiving procedures.
• Basic math and documentation skills for inventory and order verification.
