Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Team Member II uses standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform receiving, inventory, and unloading of delivery trucks. Maintainsaccurateaccountability of inventory and variances, ensures First In/First Out (FIFO) product rotation, and conducts replenishment of pick locations to support outbound operations as needed.
Assists with auditing and other warehouse functions as needed, e.g., loading trailers. Maintains a safe work area through general housekeeping and properlifting, and performs sanitation functions as required. Wears required PPE.
Shift: 4am-12:30pm;
Sunday-Thursday
Hourly Rate: $22/HR
ICL / Receiver Duties
Operate scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately
Ensure that Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork is accurate, including quantity, size, and date
Use "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stock
Receive incoming product shipments and compare vendor inventory sheet or distribution purchase order to product received for accuracy and inventory control, using a handheld scanner
Rotate all productslocatedin coolers or racking
Apply material inventory (MI) product casing with delivery receipt date
Alert warehouse leader to any discrepancies in product amounts received
Inspect product for quality and check temperatures to ensure product is delivered within specifications
Respondtimelyto emails in Outlook andFour Kites
Stage items correctly for loaders and delivery, when necessary
Assist with warehouse team member loading responsibilities when needed
Update inventory through data entry of product information
Work with leadership and loaders to correct material inventory (MI) variances that have been identified
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is correct
Conduct quarterly wall-to-wall inventory counts
Order vegetables, mushrooms, and salads, if necessary
Participate in weekly meetings with central inventory (CIM)
Responsible for properly handling product returns, e.g., return to inventory or discard
Review daily inventory numbers to ensure the Supply Chain Center has adequate levels for daily shipment
Ensure the area is clean and free of debris
QualificationsTwo or more years ofpreviousexperience in warehouse or inventory management; SAP experience a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience working with an RF scanner and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control
Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Must be professional and courteous in dealings with internal and external customers
Keen attention to detail
Ability to use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouse
Must successfully pass a background check every third year on anniversary date
Adherence to Attendance Policy
Understand andutilizesafe lifting practices
Follow Domino's dress code standards
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Maintain forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift certifications
