General Labor

Position Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support warehouse operations. Team members will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including dumping, pulling, hand sorting, scanning, and material movement. This is a fast-paced environment where associates are expected to be flexible, cross-trained, and willing to work in different areas of the warehouse as operational needs change.

Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Shift: 1st Shift, Wed-Fri 10AM-4PM, Sat 10AM-8PM, 2nd shift hours:
Sun 6pm-6am
Schedule Flexibility Required: Please note Wednesday
- Saturday are 1st shift hours and Sundays are 2nd shift hours.
Pay rate: $16.00
Off Days: Mondays and Tuesdays

• Dump, sort, and process packages according to operational requirements.
• Pull and organize packages for shipment and distribution.
• Perform hand-sorting activities accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track, verify, and process inventory and shipments.
• Operate manual pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and move packages within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work in various departments and functions as needed to support business operations.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy packages throughout the shift (50-70lbs)
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack and use handheld RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment for extended periods.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with package sorting, pulling, dumping, or shipping operations is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work different areas of the warehouse and adapt to changing business needs.

• This position is performed in a warehouse setting that is not climate controlled. Associates may be exposed to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season.
• The role requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities throughout the shift.
• Team members are expected to be cross-trained and may rotate between various operational functions.
• No position is considered fixed, and associates must be willing to support different areas of the operation as business demands require.
