GR Program and Data Administrator – RDV Corporation
Position overview:
Administrative support for Spring
GR (SGR) operations and data management.

- Coordinate recruiting and interview processes for programs.
- Plan and implement logistics for virtual and in‑person trainings, meetings and events related to SGR.
- Set up technology for programs.
- Oversee catering and event snack logistics.
- Collect and record payments.
- Configure classes in Salesforce.
- Record participant data and attendance in Salesforce.
- Maintain contact lists, emails, and communicate via SMS mass texting services.
- Support SGR events as needed.
- Provide technological support with IT assistance.
- Act as the Salesforce power user for SGR.
- Create and build Salesforce reports as requested.
- Assist with data collection and reporting of program information.
- Ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce for applicants, students, and alumni.
- Prepare and run Salesforce reports for the SGR team.
- Implement data collection and program setup tasks in Salesforce.
- Oversee and implement data collection for annual surveys and other surveys, and report relevant information.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Governance for compliance.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to optimize Salesforce as a CRM and data tracking tool.
- Attend Salesforce training events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, data management, or related field preferred; minimum of 3‑5 years of administrative assistant experience in a business or non‑profit environment required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates preferred.
- Experience managing projects with strong execution, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with diverse people; courteous, cheerful, gracious, and hospitable demeanor.
- Technologically adept with confidence in using various technologies for training and events; ability to troubleshoot independently or with IT.
- Experience or understanding of relationships and networking in multicultural contexts.
- Previous not‑for‑profit or community affairs experience desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Canva; CRM and database experience desirable.
- Task‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset with quick technology learning.
- Flexibility to work evenings occasionally during class programming (≈4‑5 hours per week in Spring and Fall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to anticipate staff needs.
- Excellent organizational skills with independence and initiative.
