Seasonal Payroll Administrator at DJ's Landscape Management
This position is ideal for candidates looking for part-time work from November to March to help with various administrative tasks, primarily the processing and reconciling time sheets submitted by our Operations Team Members. Duties include digital time sheet monitoring and approval, tracking subcontractor work, some data entry, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. Total hours will depend on availability and weather, as the majority of work is based on time sheet processing that occurs after snow events.
This is not a remote position; it is an onsite position at our Grand Rapids office.
- Pay: $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience and availability
- Training provided
- Minimum of 24 hours per work week guaranteed, provided the Team Member reports to work as requested based on business needs
- Complete Time Sheet Processing training and demonstrate proficiency in all required tasks
- Review and approve Time Sheets submitted by Operations Team Members in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with Operations Team Members to ensure accurate recording of time worked, activities, tasks, materials, and sites visited
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Ability to develop positive rapport with fellow Team Members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
