• Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing all estimates for repair
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis
• Perform wiring repairs
• Advise shop of needed repairs
• Keep inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts
• Write, print, and email service invoices
• Collect signature or payment for work performed
• Deliver completed invoices and payments to office in an orderly manner
• Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventative maintenance; advise management of repairs; keep Google Drive up to date
• Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule and complete jobs
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of OE scan tools
• Ability to learn new tools as needed
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
• Ability to service A/C systems
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
• Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
• Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, and the like
• Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent
• 4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required
