Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software faults in robotic cells.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty robotic components, including servo motors, controllers, and end-effectors.
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
- Conduct basic programming adjustments and teach pendant operations for robot path optimization.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair histories, and system performance data.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards during all robotic operations.
- Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Experience with robot programming, teach pendants, and I/O configuration.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and their integration with robotic equipment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++.
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision).
- Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design review or minor modifications.
- Basic welding or fabrication skills for fixture repair and modification.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
