Entry-Level Service Advisor; Kool Toyota

Pay Range: $40,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

Kool Toyota is looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor to join our busy and growing Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who has some dealership experience—preferably in a Service Lane or Service Department—and is ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs

Create and manage repair orders using dealership systems

Communicate recommended services and updates clearly to customers

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

Provide accurate estimates and explain repair timelines and costs

Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the service process

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent service experience

Support overall service lane flow in a fast-paced environment

Previous dealership experience required, preferably in a Service Lane or Service Department

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required

Competitive pay range of $40,000–$55,000, based on experience
