Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and understanding their automotive repair needs.
- Communicate service options and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Schedule appointments, perform follow‑ups, and ensure all customer inquiries receive prompt attention.
- Accurately document service requests and generate repair orders.
- Collaborate with technicians to relay necessary information and updates.
- Handle calls, emails and texts, turning inquiries into appointments.
- Strong customer service abilities and professionalism in person and over the phone.
- Sound knowledge of automotive repair processes and the ability to use documentation software.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Repair Orders, tracking parts, and maintaining accurate invoices.
- Prior customer service or sales experience with strong math skills for pricing and markups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi‑line phone systems.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Performs all Level I duties.
- 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising.
- Capable of managing ~30 ROs at a time.
- Able to perform basic scanning, ride‑along diagnostics, and handle complex repair orders.
- ASE Service Consultant certification preferred.
- Carrying 33–40 % workload while meeting scorecard metrics.
