This onsite position offers a thrilling opportunity to engage directly with customers, providing exceptional service and automotive repair insights. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and import cars, this role allows you to combine those skills while earning an attractive salary range of $56,000–$78,200 per year, inclusive of commissions.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and understanding their automotive repair needs.
• Communicate service options and recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Schedule appointments, perform follow‑ups, and ensure all customer inquiries receive prompt attention.
• Accurately document service requests and generate repair orders.
• Collaborate with technicians to relay necessary information and updates.
• Handle calls, emails and texts, turning inquiries into appointments.

• Strong customer service abilities and professionalism in person and over the phone.
• Sound knowledge of automotive repair processes and the ability to use documentation software.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Repair Orders, tracking parts, and maintaining accurate invoices.
• Prior customer service or sales experience with strong math skills for pricing and markups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi‑line phone systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Performs all Level I duties.
• 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising.
• Capable of managing ~30 ROs at a time.
• Able to perform basic scanning, ride‑along diagnostics, and handle complex repair orders.
• ASE Service Consultant certification preferred.
• Carrying 33–40 % workload while meeting scorecard metrics.
