Sales Inventory Administrator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a full-time New Sales Inventory Administrator to play an important role within our new vehicle department. In this role, you’ll help keep Berger Chevrolet’s new vehicle inventory moving smoothly from arrival to customer delivery. You’ll work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to keep inventory organized, information accurate, and each vehicle on track for a smooth, customer-focused delivery experience. This position is onsite Monday – Friday (9am – 8pm) and a Saturday rotation (9am – 4pm).

All shifts conclude once all daily sales deliveries are completed.

• Order new vehicles from General Motors based on dealership allocations, market demand, and business objectives.
• Check in vehicles from the prep department and create service repair orders (ROs).
• Support the intake and return of vehicles to the rental department, maintaining accurate records and smooth operations.
• Guide new owners through the setup of their OnStar and My Chevrolet apps to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
• Accurately process and log completed deals in dealership systems, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Submit incentive and rebate applications through the Global Incentives and Vehicle Inventory (GIVI) system to support dealership profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records by posting daily vehicle invoices and submitting GIVI incentives and rebates.
• Follow up with customers on their Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and compile monthly reports to track performance and improve the dealership’s customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with General Motors programs and dealership inventory guidelines.
• Assist with various sales-related activities and administrative tasks to support the new car department.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.

• Compensation – $20.00 - $25.00per hour (based on experience), with opportunities for a monthly sales bonus, and an annual longevity bonus.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in an automotive environment, especially within a high-volume dealership, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
