Base pay range
: $47,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

Ludus is a SaaS company that builds digital tools trusted by thousands of organizations to power their event ticketing, marketing, fundraising, retail and registration needs.

We are looking for a goal‑driven, motivated BDR to support our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

• Execute outreach strategies to schedule meetings for potential customers to learn about Ludus’s platform.
• Conduct market research and manage data organization in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.

• Experience in cold‑calling, prospecting, or managing customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed and consistently meet or exceed outreach and pipeline targets.
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Tech‑savvy: comfortable using Google products, CRM systems, outreach tools, and sales software.
• Curiosity and industry knowledge regarding the performing arts or similar sectors.
• Bonus:
  Experience with Hub Spot, analysis, and AI tools.
