Civil Estimator – Wet Utilities, Dirt, DOT

Overview

I am seeking an experienced Civil Estimator with a strong background in wet utilities, DOT, and site development projects.

• Prepare accurate estimates for civil and site development projects
• Bid wet utility work including water mains, water main replacements, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and cross mains
• Estimate site development scopes such as grading, earthwork, and utility packages
• Review plans, specifications, and quantity takeoffs
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams
• Support preconstruction planning and bid strategy

• Proven estimating experience in wet utility and site development projects
• Familiarity with municipal or DOT related civil work is a plus
• Strong understanding of underground infrastructure and construction methods
• HCSS, B2W or other bidding softwares would be a plus
