Green Shield Deck Builders is seeking a experienced Crew Leader in Grand Rapids to supervise day-to-day work for a 3-person crew and ensure high-quality residential deck builds. This is a full-time, year-round, W-2 position with a stable schedule and opportunities for growth.
Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience, with daily site travel and a strong emphasis on safety and craftsmanship.
